The day when I reached Palai, they put me a age old thotil. This is customary in my Palai Paati thata house. They call the neighbours to come and wish me. The interesting thing to note here is this Thotil was used by my Paati, then everyone of my Peripaas and then appa and then my cousins Shravan till Gayathri. and now me. They call it "Aagi vanda thotil".

I travelled in Nellai Express 1st class comparment on May 14th 2006 from chennai to Tirunelveli.There ends my short stay of 2 months in Guindy thata paati house.
I cried initially as the wind was too much. After my mom closed the windows I slept, but woke up for every stops.
